微孔隔热陶瓷材料是5-25纳米材料-比头发丝还要细小上千倍,它是由链状态的独立小孔单元和玻璃纤维及经过特殊物理加工组成的,这些小孔内部含有的空气(占整个材料的90%)来完成隔热。微孔隔热陶瓷材料是一种具有三维开孔网状结构的材料,这些网状结构由一些连续的纳米粒子或是聚合物分子装配而成。主要材料气凝胶纳米粒子及其孔径尺寸在1~100nm。气凝胶90%以上的体积都是空气,被称为“固体烟”。气凝胶不仅作为世界上最轻的固体材料被载入“世界吉尼斯纪录”,且其具有极低的导热系数(0.013~0.025W/(m.K)),极低的介电常数(1.1~2.5),极高的比表面积(500~1000m2/g),从而在力学、声学、热学、光学等方面显示出独特的性质。

比空气具有更低的热导率,机器柔软、抗压、疏水。
隔热处理方便,能够在250华氏度下也能够具有很好的隔热效果。同时也是很好的绿色节能材料,能够根据目标进行任意变形。
TYCE500R150 is the use of high technology of nano materials technology for synthesis of porous composite insulation material, the content of hole can reach 96-98%. Is a kind of low density, high specific surface area, insulation, heat insulation, low thermal conductivity at very low light reflection characteristics of nano materials. Has a lower thermal conductivity than the air, soft, compressive, hydrophobic machine.
Heat treatment is convenient, to under 250 degrees can also have very good heat insulation effect. At the same time also is very good green energy-saving materials, can be used to any deformation according to the target.
