Porous ceramic insulation material

微孔隔热材料是5-25纳米材料-比头发丝还要细小上千倍，它是由链状态的独立小孔单元组成的，这些小孔内部含有的空气(占整个材料的90%)来完成隔热。

隔热材料微孔内部的空气之间的的热传，和静止空气的热传类似。因为空气是热的不良导体，所以，多孔材料具有较好的隔热功能.

比空气具有更低的热导率，机器柔软、抗压、疏水。

隔热处理方便，能够在250华氏度下也能够具有很好的隔热效果。同时也是很好的绿色节能材料，能够根据目标进行任意变形。

TYCE500R3000 is the use of high technology of nano materials technology for synthesis of porous composite insulation material, the content of hole can reach 96-98%. Is a kind of low density, high specific surface area, insulation, heat insulation, low thermal conductivity at very low light reflection characteristics of nano materials. Has a lower thermal conductivity than the air, soft, compressive, hydrophobic machine.

Heat treatment is convenient, to under 250 degrees can also have very good heat insulation effect. At the same time also is very good green energy-saving materials, can be used to any deformation according to the target.
